DO YOU ...

  • No longer want to feel stressed, overwhelmed or hopeless about how to patiently parent?
  • Desire to find out how to respond to your child's challenging behavior in a calm and peaceful way?
  • Never want to feel like an inadequate parent again?
  • Wish to have more moments of ease without feeling uncertain how to successfully connect and cooperate with your child?

My promise to you:

You don't have to feel like an inadequate parent again!

I so often felt like an inadequate parent, trying to give my all and still felt like a faliure.

I’ve made it my mission to help mothers all over the world to understand that there is another way to approach motherhood.. a way that doesn’t ignore your own needs, but instead puts them FIRST. This may sound counterintuitive at first, but your child will actually thrive even more, feel more balanced and stable, when you begin recognizing and meeting your own needs first.

You are not alone on your parenting journey.

BIO
After studying human development and psychology, and earning a master’s degree in special education from Cologne University, I founded a home for neglected babies and toddlers, inspired by the Waldorf- and Pikler Approach. I also founded the nonprofit beginningwell.org - where we offer mindful resources for parents raising children 0-3. Soon after I became a certified parenting coach & hypnotherapist in the US and have also trained in healing trauma. In my private practice I’ve helped hundreds of parents and professionals gain a better understanding of the root causes of their own, their child’s, and their family's stressors and practical tools to develop mindful relationships and fulfillment.
