Knowledge about:
- how to build and maintain a trustful parent-child relationship, without power struggles, yelling, blame, or shame
- cultivating communication with appreciation
- healthy family values & rules
- example and imitation as parenting tools
- setting limits without punishment
- trauma-informed parenting
You will gain lots of awareness, because our work includes:
- easy self-awareness practices
- inner communication with internal parts of yourselves that you lost contact with
- guided imagery
- exploratory drawing to make you inner wisdom visual
You will be guided to reconnect with your authentic, calm self, to let go of negative thoughts and feelings that make you behave differently than you wish you did.
We will work holistically, and allow your body, mind and soul to speak, so you can discover an astonishing range of previously unconscious, positive potential.
You will leave each session with hands-on tools that you can easily implement in your daily life and practice in between our sessions so you will see the progress and healing you are capable of.
From our first session on, you will experience changes in yourself, your child, and with your partner/co-parent that will enable you to enjoy the most peaceful family life ever.
