Project Description
Julia Sterling
Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher, California
Julia Sterling, a professional dancer in her former life, has been a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher for nearly 30 years. Julia has always been curious about the body/mind connection and how it works. She started dancing when she was 4. In her late twenties, while pursuing a career in dance and performance, she began experiencing fatigue and pain in her body. She started to do Iyengar yoga, and since then she found her way to connect the body to the mind and the deeper self. Julia is also a mother of 2 teenagers, with an open heart for new parents who want to recover their calm, inner balance and joyful being.
